EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
Express shipping is an elite service provided by our courier. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it will be prioritized and delivered as quickly as possible. Prices will be calculated based on weight, location, and size of your order.
Delivery Times
All times are approximate and displayed in business days (Monday to Friday) This information is provided from Canada Post. The courier may delay shipping times, which is out of our control.
Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days after placing your order for us to prepare your shipment. Orders require time to be picked, processed, and prepared for shipping. You will receive notification when your order has been shipped to the email address provided on your order. A tracking number will be emailed from Canada Post within 24 hours. **Potential shipping delays may happen due to postal service issues, extreme weather events, custom clearance, supplier shortages or during seasonal and statuary holidays.
Orders placed after 9 a.m. or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Low Stock, Out of Stock or Back Order
The following 2 options are available for products that are low/ Out of stock from our inventory:
1. Ship your complete order once the missing product(s) are back in stock.
2. Receive a refund for the missing product(s).
*Unfortunately, we are not able to offer split shipments, product substitution or alternatives
Noteworthy Info
Products in glass bottles are at the buyer’s risk.
Refrigerated products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
FeelGood Natural Health is not responsible for stolen, incorrect/ incomplete, refused, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay costs related to these parcels. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Returned parcels may be reshipped for an additional fee.We reserve the right to cancel orders without cause.
